About the Initiative
Youth for Future is AOSED’s youth development initiative dedicated to nurturing informed, skilled, inclusive, and responsible young citizens.
The initiative recognizes that young people are more than the leaders of tomorrow—they are active citizens today. Meaningful youth development must therefore extend beyond employment and technical training. It should also strengthen critical thinking, social awareness, empathy, civic responsibility, creativity, and the ability to engage constructively with society.
Youth for Future provides young people with the knowledge, skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to understand the challenges around them, question injustice, respect diversity, develop practical solutions, and contribute to positive and sustainable change.
Our Focus Areas
